  • A patent infringement litigation relating to snowmobile seat structure, resulting in a summary judgment of non-infringement in favor of the client
     
  • A trademark infringement case against a Chinese manufacturer and its U.S.  distributor in federal court relating to trade dress for all-terrain vehicles, resulting in the issuance of permanent injunctions against the manufacturer and the distributor
     
  • A patent infringement litigation relating to interactive wireless communication technology, resulting in a favorable settlement after the transfer of venue from Northern District of Texas to Central District of California.
